Opinion on unused medicines in India 2023
According to a survey conducted on medicine wastage in June 2023, 43 percent of respondents agreed that they should be permitted to return any unused or sealed medicine quantities within a month along with a mandate from pharmaceutical manufacturers to take returns from consumers in India. By contrast, six percent of respondents stated that other solutions are required.
