ACSI - U.S. social networks experience trends 2022-2023
According to a survey conducted between July 2022 and June 2023, the general overall quality of social media mobile apps achieved a score of 82 out of one hundred, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Additionally, the reliability of social media apps scored 80/100 with U.S. consumers, and ease of navigation scored 78/100. The amount of adverts on social media sites ranked the lowest, with an ACSI score of 72/100 in 2023.
