Distribution of museum visits in Kanto in Japan 2022, by frequency
According to a survey conducted in November 2022 in Japan's Kanto region, 31 percent of the respondents stated not to visit art museums at all, while 29.9 percent stated they went there less than once every four to five years. Only one percent of respondents visited art museums more than once per month.
