Preferred methods of returning online purchases in Finland 2023
In 2023, the preferred return method in Finland for products bought online was returning them via a self-service parcel terminal, accounting for over 50 percent of the responses. Another 41 percent of Finns reported that they preferred returning products via a transport company service point.
