In 2022, the number of companies where ratio of renumeration of a whole-time director (WTD) and the median employee is between 101 and 500 was 38. This was a decline from 2021. However, number of companies where the ratio is between 501 and 1000 increased by one in 2022. The comparison between is a good indicator of income inequality in the workforce.
