Consumption behavior among consumers who have not tried AP Thailand 2023
As of October 2023, a survey conducted among consumers who have not tried alternative proteins in Thailand found that 43 percent of the respondents mentioned the increase in their alternative protein consumption. Meanwhile, 37 percent of the survey participants stated that they would not be eating alternative proteins.
