Car sharing: member satisfaction in London (UK) 2010/2011-2013/2014

This statistic shows the level of satisfaction of car sharing club members in London (UK) between 2010/2011 and 2013/2014. Over this period, the share of respondents reporting that they were very satisfied with their car sharing service increased while the share responding that their service had been poor decreased. In 2010/2011 only 39 percent of the respondents stated that their satisfaction was "very good", while in 2013/14 55 percent of the respondents answered this way.
