In 2023, the shipment volume of vehicle DSRC units in Japan increased by 55.1 percent compared to the previous year, with approximately two million units shipped domestically. The shipment of car AV main units recorded a decrease of 36.6 percent, which was the largest year-on-year drop among major consumer electronic equipment.
