Apparel and accessories: purchase influences in the United Kingdom (UK) 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey released in 2017 in which respondents were asked what influenced their last purchase of an apparel and accessory item in the United Kingdom (UK). Out of those surveyed, 44 percent claimed that they were prompted to buy a product by websites or apps, making these the biggest driving factors among shoppers. Other influential factors were social media (19 percent of respondents) and retail stores (18 percent).
