This statistic shows the mean pay gap between women and men working for selected apparel retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) as of April 2018. Of the leading companies, Arcadia has the highest mean gender pay gap, at 40.4 percent. Sports Direct reported the smallest difference in mean hourly rates between men and women, at 7.3 percent.
