Initial prime yields of offices in Paris, France 2017-2022, by district
The initial prime yields of office properties in the Île-de-France (Paris) region of France increased for the first time in the fourth quarter of 2022 after several years of compressing. Yields were the lowest in Paris (central business district). The initial prime yields in this area were three percent in the last quarter of 2022, while in Outer Rim, they were 5.75 percent.
