Since 2014, HSBC Holdings had the largest annual revenue among the five largest banks in the United Kingdom. In 2023, HSBC's revenue amounted to roughly 51.92 billion British pounds. Barclays PLC followed, with revenue of 25.38 billion British pounds in 2023.
