Netherlands: maximum time spent to pick up online groceries 2016-2018

Between 2016 and 2018, the amount of time consumers were willing to spend to pick up their online grocery order decreased steadily. Consumers surveyed in 2016 indicated that they were willing to spend over ten minutes to travel to collect their order, whereas in 2018, this figure increased marginally, with respondents indicating they were willing to spend just under nine minutes to collect their groceries.
