This statistic shows the number of poultry farms devoted to organic egg production in Spain in 2022, by autonomous community. That year, 319 poultry farms throughout the whole Spanish territory were producing eggs with sustainable techniques. Catalonia ranked first with 71 organic poultry farms, followed by the Balearic Islands with 47 organic farms.
