This statistic presents the results of a survey conducted with fashion shoppers about their reasons for abandoning their online shopping cart in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2018. 39 percent of fashion shoppers quit their online shopping session citing the delivery charge as the reason. For 27 percent of surveyed shoppers, items being out of stock was a factor in abandoning their cart without making any purchases.
