This report gives the results of a survey conducted by Ipsos on behalf of the Irish food board Bord Bia on consumers' attitudes and behaviours towards food in the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain. Topics covered include attitudes and behavioural trends to the food we eat, cooking at home, eating at home, eating out, grocery shopping, nutritional health, environmental issues, buying locally, speciality foods, organic foods and alcohol. Besides comparing data for Ireland and Great Britain, the report also compares data with previous studies, showing trends and changes in consumer behaviour over the period.
