Consumer behavior of pet owners in Italy

This report shows data on behavior of pet owners in Italy. After an overview on ownership of dogs, cats, birds, fishes, small rodents, and turtles, the report focuses on behavior of pet owners under different perspectives. Specifically, the second chapter illustrates data on expenditure and purchases, while the third one focuses on e-commerce. The chapter on e-commerce mainly focuses on the reasons why digital shoppers choose this retail channel. The fourth chapter provides the results of different surveys on consumer behavior. For instance, it shows the results of a survey on the most popular brands of dog and cat food in the country.
