A survey conducted in Germany in 2021 revealed that consumers expect the fulfillment of their online orders to be more sustainable. More than nine out of ten respondents valued the ability to combine multiple online orders into a single shipment. Another 38 percent of respondents saw returns policies as very important in ensuring sustainable order fulfillment.
