Reasons for consuming plant-based milk in Italy 2022

According to a survey in which respondents were asked about the reasons for plant-based milk consumption in Italy in 2022, the largest group of respondents, 40 percent, said they consumed it because they were motivated, first and foremost, by curiosity. A large percentage, 35 percent, chose it because they believed that plant-based milk had greater digestibility than traditional milk.
