A total of 46 percent of respondents stated that they shopped digitally for TV and video devices. The most popular category to purchase online was financial services: 47 percent of respondents chose to buy financial products through the internet. Fast moving consumer goods such as household cleaning products or packaged food and beverages were still predominantly bought in-store.
