This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the consumers' willingness to pay for a specified delivery time slot in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2008 to 2014. During the 2013/14 survey, it was found that approximately 40 percent of responding households were willing to pay between one and two pounds more in order to be able to specify a parcel delivery time slot.
