Consumer reasons for not collecting online orders in the UK 2019
This statistic displays the results of a study conducted with British adults in July 2019. According to the consumer survey, for some 30 percent of shoppers who shopped online using the click-and-collect delivery option, collecting the items were considered a hassle, therefore failed to collect their orders. Other reasons were long wait times and poorly staffed collection points, which were cited by a quarter of respondents.
