Between March 2022 and March 2023, several central banks across the world experienced significant annual decreases in international reserve assets, indicating a potential shift in economic dynamics. The Croatian National Bank reported the largest decrease, with a staggering 87 percent drop. It was followed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, with a 78 percent decrease.
