Changes to free-from consumers shopping habits in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015
This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked if they have bought more or fewer free-from products in the last six months in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015. Although the total population is almost equally split between those who have bought more or less of such products, a majority of those with allergies, intolerances or wanting to cut down on gluten or dairy are buying more free-from products than six months ago.
